Please get in touch with us via              to discuss the level of support required.  A CAP, in it's simplest terms, is the collective voice of a community outlining the issues it faces and what it values. The document then sets out how to address the challenges for the community at any given time. We would recommend  periodically updating a CAP to reflect the evolving nature of the community.
